This summer, we’re welcoming something a little different to our treatment menu.
Keara Hallberg has been practicing massage therapy since 2015, with roots in Western therapeutic bodywork and an early love of traditional Lomi Lomi. She’s currently a student of Chinese medicine — and that evolving perspective shows up in everything she does. Most recently, she’s been integrating Shiatsu, meridian theory, and a deeper understanding of the body’s innate capacity for balance and healing.
This summer, Keara is bringing that practice to Spa Manzanita.
Shiatsu Short Form with Keara is a 75-minute, fully clothed treatment rooted in Japanese Shiatsu and the principles of Chinese medicine. Using rhythmic pressure along the body’s meridian pathways, gentle stretches, and restorative touch, the session moves head to toe — inviting the nervous system to settle, tension to soften, and a sense of groundedness to return.
It’s not about targeting a single area of discomfort. Shiatsu views the body as a whole — and each session is designed to restore harmony throughout.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Arrive ready to exhale.
Keara is with us Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays through the summer. Availability is limited — we recommend booking ahead.
