A quiet 20-minute restoration session using gentle red and near-infrared light. Lie back, let the warmth wash over you, and simply rest. A calming experience on its own or the perfect close to a longer spa day.

Our infrared sauna uses mid and far infrared wavelengths for a deeply warming, full-body experience — ideal for detox, circulation, and muscle recovery. Red light therapy uses gentle red and near-infrared light without heat — a quieter, more meditative experience focused on restoration and calm. Both are restorative. The sauna goes deeper. RLT goes quieter.

Restorative Resonance is a deeply calming session that combines therapeutic sound, gentle vibration, and intuitive energy work to help the body settle and restore balance.

You’ll lie comfortably, fully-clothed on a vibroacoustic sound mat while low-frequency sound waves and vibration move gently through the body. These frequencies encourage the nervous system to slow down, allowing the body to release tension and shift into a more relaxed state.

During the session, Julie integrates sound instruments and subtle energy work to support deeper relaxation and balance. Many guests experience a quiet sense of calm and clarity, leaving the session feeling lighter, centered, and deeply restored.
